Stainless steel conveyor belt, transmission steel belt, Dry slag conveyer belt:
Technological requirements:Stainless steel wire mesh around the thread diameter of Φ 4 / Φ 5 mm,Adopt double strands,Steel plate using die stamping production,The heat resistance above 800 ℃,Timetime guarantee value not less than 50000 h,The appearance of belt quality:steel belt and the string of a smoon surface,Bending is not allowed to have obvious indentation.Ensure the quality of mesh and string of welding,When the short-term or long-term high temperature strength of the joint is not less than the corresponding values of parent metal,And welding parts surface is smooth, stainless steel conveyor of the straight line segment is flat,Flatness error is 0.8 mm or less;Stamping surface height consistent, error is 0.5 mm or less;Bearing steel reliable lap closely, in time can not have leakage phenomenon of ash. The height of two wing steel plate consistent, no cock phenomenon. Assembly rear suspension plate plane is horizontal, the error of height is 1 mm or less. Assembly rear suspension plate lateral to keep a straight line, the error of 1 mm or less. Mesh belt connected to the steel plate of heat-resisting stainless steel screw, connecting plate. Sink hole depth is consistent to ensure that the screw on the plane and plane level on the main board. The retaining bolt. Spot welding with stainless steel conveyor after each screw fastening plate, at least two welding point between mesh belt and steel surface treatment is required, and the surface is clean, no oil and the brightness is consistent.
Dry Type Slag Conveyor:
Working Principle
Under normal boiler operation condition, the hot slag (about 850℃) fell from the bottom ash hopper will be discharged by the bottom ash discharge device to the belt of the steel band conveyor, and move slowing together with belt. Due to the negative pressure of boiler, the cold air will flow into the casing of the conveyor through the air vents to cool the hot bottom ash on the belt and make it re-burn gradually, achieving the heat exchange between the coal air and the hot bottom ash, and then the cold air will absorb the sensible heat of the ash and the heat released by the re-burning ash, and the air temperature will increase to 400-500℃ before entering the boiler furnace. The bottom ash will be conveyed and cooled down to less than 200℃ on the slag conveyor, and then delivered to the follow-up conveying device.
