The debug and operation:

Before you operate the conveyor, we need observe motor steering, steering motor cooling fan, if it is correct then run continuously. If the equipment stop when running, the frequency converter will alarm on the control box and the frequency converter in the cabinet jump alarm, check if the transmission parts connected exception. If any abnormal,it must rule out the alarm and then continue to run.

If the crowded touch in the hopper when running, you must adjust the hopper position.

Cumulative running 3 hours later, we should tighten nut hopper retightened again, pay attention to make the connection surface no clearance, and not be too tight, then put the bolt and nut welding resistance.
