Bucket elevator,Its material is Q345 and Q235,for the CFB boiler:
1, Introduction
The heavy duty plate chain bucket elevator is a kind of lifting device using the close-arranged hanging bucket to vertically convey material in powder form, granular form or small block form. It is the most widely used vertical lifting equipment for bulk material transportation in coal industry, chemical industry, thermal power industry cement industry and food storage and transportation.
The bucket elevator can be divided into ZBT series and NE series according to the different type of the lifting chain. It has the characteristics as energy-saving, high efficiency, and safety.
The conveying process is as follows: the material goes into the continuous and close-arranged buckets from the inlet at the bottom, and when the bucket arrives at the top, it will turn over to dump the material to the outlet with the help of the gravity and the guide of bucket, i. e. loading by flowing method and unloading by gravity.
2 Model and Meanings:
Model: ZBT (NE) - B × H
ZBT (NE): ZBT means adopts ZBT series chain, and NE means adopts NE chain.
B refers to the width of the bucket, including different size as 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 650mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, and 2000mm.
H refers to the height i.e. the distance from the material inlet to the outlet. (Unit: m).
