1, High Energy Saving
For the reasonable fluidizing structure, the fluidizing state of the material is good, and the air consumption is obviously lower than the same function equipment. After years research and development, we have improved the fluidizing structure for many times to improve the working efficiency and lower the energy consumption.
2, High Material-Air Ratio
If the fluidizing effect is good, air consumption is low, the material-air ratio will be high. The test has shown that when the equivalent distance is within 500m, the ratio will reach above 30Kg (ash)/Kg (air)
3, Low Material Flowing Speed
Because the air consumption is low and the material-air ratio is high, the material will have shunting movement in the pipe, achieving dynamic and static pressure conveying. Therefore, the flowing speed of the material is slow, the abrasion of the valve and pipeline is low, and the service life of the wearing part is long.
4, High Adjustment Function
It has primary and secondary inlet air adjusting methods, which makes the system work under the best air consumption ratio condition and the best fluidizing state.
5, Unique Unblocking Method
The unblocking system adopts the unique positive pressure back suction unblocking principle, having the characteristics as low air consumption and reliable unblocking. It only needs to lead the material-air mixture going through the unblocking valve and pipeline to the material hopper or inlet of air flue, do not need set additional blowing element along the pass, construction is simple and operation is easy.
